By Products Group LLC was Founded in 2019 by Tommy and Tara Tickenoff.  Tommy has over 15 years experience in the Agricultural and By Products industry and Tara brings 10 years of experience in Real Estate & Development.  Since our beginning, we have added other key Team members that are more like Family than employees, yet the talented specialties range from Logistics, Accounting, Commodities and Customer Service.

Tommy and Tara have 4 children that they raise in the heart of California's Central Valley - placing them in the middle of the most productive Agricultural Region in the World.
